Frenchies Keto Bread – No Eggs, All Flavour
If you want soft, tasty, low-carb bread without eggs, Frenchies Keto Bread is the perfect choice. Proudly made in New Zealand, this wholesome loaf delivers flavour and nutrition in every bite.
We use a unique blend of flax meal, psyllium husk, vital wheat gluten, and ground sunflower seeds. A touch of salt balances the flavour while active dry yeast creates a beautiful rise. Xanthan gum helps give the bread a soft, chewy texture similar to traditional loaves.
Many keto breads rely on eggs for structure, but we skip them completely. This makes our bread ideal for people with egg sensitivities or those preferring a cleaner taste. Flax meal and psyllium husk provide a rich source of fibre to support digestion. Vital wheat gluten adds the classic bread-like feel you have been missing.
Frenchies Keto Bread is versatile for sandwiches, toast, or even French toast. The mild, nutty flavour from ground sunflower seeds pairs well with sweet or savoury toppings.
Enjoy it fresh from the oven or toasted with butter. It suits breakfast, lunch, and dinner perfectly. Every loaf is made with care from local and imported ingredients for consistent quality.
We bake each batch to achieve the perfect balance of taste, texture, and nutrition. The result is bread that fits seamlessly into your keto lifestyle.
Frenchies Keto Bread makes healthy eating enjoyable and satisfying. You can enjoy your favourite bread-based meals without the carbs or compromises.
Customers love the flavour, texture, and reliability of our keto bread. One slice is all it takes to see why they return again and again.

I Love this bread. A little surprised to read that it contains Gluten which I did not expect for a Keto product. Can’t give it to my wife as a result as she is GF.

Best Keto bread I have baked. Had some difficulty with rise but while it didn’t rise as much as instructions, it baked into a nicely formed well risen loaf. I used a loaf tin rather than cob style. Kept well and second loaf I cut up and froze in small packs. Froze well and lovely on defrost. I kept in fridge. Well done Frenchies…..better mix than overseas brands. Go NZ.

Hello Kay. Thanks for the review. Next time make it wetter. It will rise better for you.

Can you use the Keto bread mix in a bread maker rather than in the oven?

Hello Sonya. You can try it. We have not done it on our end but I dont see why not just make sure the dough is wetter.
